Delicious food, mediocre service. It was really busy and the staff generally seemed young, so I'll cut them a little slack on the service. We felt a bit rushed to order and never received extra items we asked for like share plates. We were quoted a 15-20 minute wait for a table but got sat in a little under 15 minutes which was nice. The menu is dense, they had a regular menu and a whole extra menu of specials. There was a good selection of beer and cocktails. This is definitely a popular spot and the food was the highlight!

First time visiting Drunch and was very excited because it seems like unique and creative breakfast dishes is this restaurants niche. The atmosphere was very casual yet stylish which makes it a good place for big groups of people. The service was very good and the food came out very quickly. I ordered the drunch burger which was very delicious and had an amazing tomato aioli. I would avoid getting the breakfast bowl as the serving size was an absolute joke along with the effort put into the dish. The standout dish was the crab cakes bennie which was a cool twist on eggs benedict. I would certainly come back to this place to try the other dishes on their menu.

Stopped by when a friend was in town visiting and thought it was so odd I had not tried Drunch in all the years it's been open. To be honest, the name is a little off putting to me and it never really seemed like a top contender. However, I can say that I was pleasantly surprised by the food and service. Below are things I noted during our visit that were positive and negative. Opinions may vary but, overall, I'd go back to try more on their menu. Pros: - Off street parking in rear of the small complex - A large menu with both sweet and savory offerings - Tasty food: breakfast quesadilla was huge, had gooey cheese, and well seasoned chicken sausage - Relatively quick service and welcoming demeanor from the employees we interacted with - nice portions (I also noted the generous helping you receive with the breakfast nachos and one of the egg Benedict "Bennie" dishes) Cons: - tip is pre-calculated as others have mentioned - the decor doesn't create the greatest ambiance. It felt more like a sports pub than a breakfast/brunch spot due to the lack of warmth/lack of booths/industrial finishes - the prices aren't outrageous, but they're not the most affordable either. It was approx $18 for my quesadilla, which comes with a pico de gallo, sour cream, and a small salad, but no other sides.

Great great food! It's. A brunch spot but it's not a live spot that has music and hookah. It has good vibes and good food sometimes you just need a chill meal. Honestly, everything looked good but I went with the shrimp and grits and my wife had the friend eggs Benedict. Both dishes hit the spot! The reason I have it a four star because this place has tvs but they will not change the channel from cartoons. This is a brunch spot that serves liquors and is catered to the 21+ but we watching cartoons. Women's ncaa march madness was on and we couldn't even watch the game, that threw me all the way off. The volume isn't even on smh. Go there for food but not for entertainment.

I was in here a few months ago. I had never been there since u til today. Not much has changed. Even the "this month's" "monthly specials" seemed unchanged. We arrived maybe at 11:15am on a Thursday. We were greeted by this lovely young person who was truly a breath of fresh air. Rock music was loudly playing, which oddly really worked here, and the hostess became our server (which we were happy about. She answered all our many questions with a smile. As for the food--It was good. Really good. We ordered a breakfast burger and wings. The burger was huge, we took half home and the wings were cooked to perfection. The drink we ordered was strong. However I wouldnt call anything super creative as I could easily replicate both menu items at home for much, much less. The cons: (warning a small rant is coming) 1) Wow, their prices are high. The prices were the same a few months ago but for some reason I didnt pay attention to how high. Lol. 2) tipping: grrrrr--. they force you to tip 18% regardless if u like your meal or server etc. There is a big sign at the entrance explaining this. I had forgotten they do this. I literally almost left due to this, but my guest wanted to stay. 3) adding more annoyance, Drunch calculates that said tip on the AFTER tax total vs the pre taxed amount. So at Drunch, you are tipping on your food, service AND paying the server 18% of what you were taxed. Paying someone a tip on the extracting tax from you - Hahahaha. Not really funny at all. Not cool to force a tip on tax. Now this server was excellent. Had I come in here and NOT been forced to pay a minimum tip, I would have tipped her 20-25%. And I prefer to do that in cash which Im told servers prefer... I cant imagine why???? Lol. Heck I might of left more. But when "you" the restauranteur do this you are implying its my job to pay your employees, not yours. I have a big issue with that. However, this particular young lady was so good we still handed her a few extra bucks in addition to the forced 18%---, but she would have made a lot more had there not been this mandated tip. Due to the prices and tipping policy I have adjusted my rating of this place. Id say three and a half stars but since yelp doesn't have half stars: four star. Mainly due to the hostess was excellent and we did enjoy our food.
